December was such a busy month! Due to holiday planning, baking, and putting up Christmas decorations, I barely had time to focus on any of my side hustles. When I calculated my totals, it really showed how much time I DID NOT put into my side hustles. So lets dive right in!
Side Hustle # 1 – Poshmark
In December, I didn’t list many items, I didn’t share my closet or other seller items as much as I normally would, and boy did it show in my sales! I talk about sharing your Poshmark closet in the 4 Tips to Increase Your Poshmark Sales blog post.
Above is the screenshot of my December sales report from Poshmark and as you can see, I only sold a total of 9 items for the entire month. My total sales was $179.00, I offered a total of $7.50 in shipping discounts, and my net earnings was $133.00. This goes to show that with Poshmark, you have to constantly keep your closet active because it will affect your sales. Hopefully in January’s monthly income report, I will see larger net earnings with this side hustle.

Side Hustle #2 – UberEats
For the month of December, I was quite busy but also the weather changed to being jacket weather to winter coat along with a hat, scarf and gloves type of weather. This for sure kept me indoors snuggling in my pj’s. Then the laziness set it so I was only able to work on this side hustle for one day out of the whole month.
Above you will find the screenshot of my one day I worked UberEats and what was earned that day. My total net earnings for the entire month of December was only $41.92. Grand Total $174.92
Compared to all of my other monthly income reports, this in fact was the lowest I have had. I am not complaining about the extra $174.92 side hustle income at all!! However, this goes to show that I have to make time, even in the midst of a busy schedule to set aside time to work my side hustles. If I was to designate more time out of my day to work on my side hustles, I could easily double or even triple this grand total in a month!
